It's about time I finally posted for the month of December! It has been a great holiday season. Throughout the month we enjoyed Christmas programs, a Ward party, School Sings, the Holmes Christmas party and our annual Christmas Eve celebration at my parents' house. We loved everything about this Christmas season, but the best part was getting Nicky back for a month! We are always so excited to see him after he's been gone awhile. This last 6 months is the longest we have ever gone without him with us!
Chris and I have spent a lot of time reflecting on our blessings. We still have a way to go before everything is smoothed out, but in the meantime, we are sure loving our life. (Does life really ever smooth out?!?) We both have wonderful supportive parents, great siblings and friends. We have 5 of the best kids around and feel so lucky to be sharing a family life together! We wish all of you the best in 2009!

We had such a great time with you guys last week (we always do!) I ahd to steal some pics to put on my "New Years" post--hope you don't mind!
