We traveled to Lehi Saturday to attend our cousins' funeral. It was truly a celebration and tribute to her life. Kate was born with many physical complications that required constant attention. Along with the physical problems, she was blessed with a strong, fighting, loving spirit that blessed everyone who came in contact with her. Although these occasions are so heartbreaking and hard, it is so great to gather as a family and stop to think of our true mission here on earth. We are excited for Kate to move on, but realize parting with her for this period of time is especially difficult for her parents. Our family expresses our love to the Rosenvall's and thank them for the example of love and dedication they have given to us through their experiences. If you haven't already, please check the link to the Rosenvall blog. It is truly a story of inspiration. Love to Marcae and Bryan!!

My prayers go out to your family. That baby is in heaven. I pray that God gives you strength.
Such a sad thing. Jen told me she passed the other day and I couldn't help but bawl. Marcae and her husband are such incredible people and my heart goes out to them and all of the Ropers. She was a little angel on Earth and Heavenly Father had bigger plans for her. Thanks for the tribute and touching words:)
I am so glad you guys could go up and support them--these are the times we really wished we lived closer.
I, too, am so inspired by Marcae, Bryan and Kate. What a wonderful blessing to know them!
Thanks for your sweet tribute to her. We miss you guys and hope all is well.
P.S. Happy B-day to little, Jacey!
I got on Marcae's blog. What an inspiring story, and a sweet little girl. Sorry that we missed you while we were in town that Saturday! Hopefully we will see you next time we come.
